Our mandi rice is never rushed. Each grain steamed over hand-selected wood, absorbing the deep, earthy smoke that gives it that unmistakable golden hue. The meat — whether lamb, chicken, or fish — marinated for hours in over twenty spices before meeting the flame.

Our kebabs are ground fresh, shaped by hand, grilled over open charcoal — never a grill plate, never a shortcut. Every skewer is a testament to patience.
