Our Story
A tale of two culinary worlds, bound by fire, spice, and an unrelenting devotion to craft.

Born from a Grandmother's Kitchen
Every great restaurant begins with a memory. For us, it was the intoxicating aroma of slow-cooked mandi rice drifting through narrow Hyderabadi lanes, mingling with the smoky whisper of charcoal-grilled kebabs from an Arabian courtyard.
Ozmo was born from that intersection — where centuries-old Hyderabadi recipes share the table with Arabian culinary traditions, each dish telling a story that spans continents and generations.

“We don't just cook food.
We honour the fire that forged it, the hands that shaped it, and the stories it carries.”

The Art of Slow Perfection
Our mandi rice is never rushed. Each grain steamed over hand-selected wood, absorbing the deep, earthy smoke that gives it that unmistakable golden hue. The meat — whether lamb, chicken, or fish — marinated for hours in over twenty spices before meeting the flame.
Our kebabs are ground fresh, shaped by hand, grilled over open charcoal — never a grill plate, never a shortcut. Every skewer is a testament to patience.
